With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Turner of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Turner and Bessie Denham Turner of Bedford Indiana; his wife Phyllis Tyler Turner; his brother Jack; his sister-in-law Lorry Turner; his son-in-law Rich Barber; and his siblings-in-law, Lisman and Marie Tyler.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Barber.
