He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Frazier; and his siblings, Jim Frazier, Norman "Duck" Frazier, Hazel Doran and Alma Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Galliher Frazier; his sister Garnet Hoff of Greenup; and his pet Sweetie Pie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
