He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann McComas Kelley of Ashland, KY; his wife Kathy Skaggs Kelley of Ashland, KY; his children, Bobby Kelley (Jami) of Ashland, KY and Lea Ann Abbey (Jonathan) of Lexington, KY; his brother Michael Kelley (Terri) of Ashland, KY; and his grandchildren, Madison, Ethan Kelley, Peyton and Tatum Abbey.
