She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Jacobs and Dorothy Dixon Jacobs Whitehurst; her children, Dawn Colley and Jan Ellis; her brothers, Richard "Dick" Jacobs, William "Bill" Jacobs, James "Toge" Jacobs and Wayne Jacobs; and her niece Faith Sperry.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Hope Lemaster, Jay Jacobs, Randy Jacobs, Debbie Brown, Mindy Hanshaw, David Jacobs, Mary Ann Jacobs, Wendi Jacobs Ellis, Angel Matney of Jason Jacobs, C. J, Jacobs Moore, Vickie Jacobs Rogers and Taac Jacobs; and her sister-in-law Jenny Jacobs. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
