She is survived by: her children, Mike Blevins (Abby) of Ashland, Vicky Sizemore (Bill) of South Point and Diana Cosby (Jeff) of Ashland; her brother Jack Whitt (Jeanette); her grandchildren, Nikki Braden, Christopher Blevins and Tabby Hankins; her great grandchildren, Drew Taylor, Quinton Hankins, Zuri Hankins and Jazmyn Braden; and her pet Sallie. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
