She is survived by: her husband Michael Blair; her children, Christopher, Jeremy Lykins and Summer Lykins; her siblings, James Moore, Charles Moore, Dianna Mills, Lisa Mitchell, Rena Beckett and Darlene Sexton (Jerry); her grandchildren, Craig Lykins, Tierra Marcum, Jacob Marcum, Britney Marcum and Shelby Elkins; and her great grandchildren, Brantley Marcum, Elias Prince and Willow Rose.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
