He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Dee and Fannie Mae Gullett Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Linda Holbrook Hicks of Ashland; his children, Jason Hicks (Blaire), Jared Hicks and Jessica Evans; his grandsons, Wiley and Lincoln Evans; and his siblings, Linda Kaye Greene and David Lee Hicks (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
