Long of Sydney, Australia; his aunts, Freda Adkins of Isonville, KY, Lea Porter (James) of Sandy Hook, KY, Billie Jo Vance of West Liberty, KY and Debbie Tolliver of Richmond, KY; and his cousins, Scott Kuzak of Sandy Hook, KY and Jeffrey Coomer of Pikeville, KY. He is also survived by several cousins who were part of his extended family.
