Carl E. Crooks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2022, at the age of 80, Carl E. Crooks of Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood "Putter" Crooks and Ruby Ellington Crooks; his brother Richard M. Crooks; and his nephew Robert J. Crooks. He is survived by: his wife Helen Crooks; his sons, Mike Crooks (Laura), Steve Crooks (Teresa) and Jeff Crooks; his grandchildren, Dr. Jesse Crooks (Rebecca), Drew Crooks (Aubrey), Brianna Zimmerman (Derek) and Kylie Crooks; his brother Donny Crooks (Lois); his brother-in-law Bill Houser (Connie); and his sibling's children, Rick Crooks, Trevor Houser (Bree) and Tonya Drawdy (Jack).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Hospice, Grassland Community Church or Wildwood Church of God.
