It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Edward Chapman of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Otis Chapman; his wife Betty Jo Chapman; and his son-in-law Larry Rusche. He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Rusche of Ashland, KY; his sibling's children, Darryl Akers, Brian Unrue, Dwayne Unrue and Tina Columbro; his sister-in-law Marilyn Unrue; and his close friend Carl.
