He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ward and Sarah Crum Ward of Chesapeake, OH.; and his sister Judy Butcher of South Point, OH.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tefft Ward of Ashland; his sons, Matthew Daniel Ward of South Point, OH and Mark Weston Ward of Florida; his stepchildren, Kenneth Gillespie (Amy) of Crown City, OH and Kelli Eileen Crabtree of Ironton, OH; and his grandchildren, Danielle Ward, Sarah Ward, Cody Bias, Morgan Gillespie, Joshua Gillespie, Austin Barker and Nathan Crabtree. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
