We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Carol Lynn Johnson of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Huntington, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Ratliff and Beulah Wilcox Ratliff; and her brother William "Bill" Ratliff. She is survived by: her husband Ben Johnson; her sons, Dr. Edward Johnson (Kathryn) of Ashland and Dr. Dana Johnson of Lexington, KY; her brothers, Dr. Richard Ratliff (Christine) of Boulder, CO and James "Jim" Ratliff (Beth) of Huntington, WV; her grandchildren, Dr. Ryan Johnson, Andrew "Drew" Johnson and James "Jim" Hill; and her great grandchild Calliope Hill "Poppy".

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association at Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter, Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans Ln Ste 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284.
