She is survived by: her husband James Robert Boll of Ashland, KY; her siblings, Elmer Eugene Menshouse Jr. (Shonda) of Muncie, IN, Donna Sue Withrow of Grayson, KY and Katie Stancombe of Richmond, IN; and her cousin Rose Humphrey of Wurtland, KY.
