"Rusty" Cremeans of Greenup; her daughters, Christan Spurlock (Andrew Rossignol) of Milton, WV and Sandra Pierce (Delbert) of Winchester, KY; her siblings, Carol Lee Walker (Ron Hunter) and James Hart Walker of Palm Beach, FL; her grandsons, Devon Kyle Spurlock, Derrick Lyle Spurlock, Jared Allen Pierce and Caleb Walker Pierce; and her great grandchild Jayden Elizabeth Spurlock. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
