He is survived by: his significant other Becky Mulkey of Ashland; his son Casey Arnold of Key West, FL; his sisters, Barb McGuire (Mike) of Ashland, Betty Thacker (Joe Ed) of Ashland and Linda Dyer of Ashland; and his extended family, Angie Byron (Sam), Terry Dyer, Adam Dyer (Brandi), Jason McGuire (Krystyl), Sam McGuire (Toni), Steven McGuire (Cara) and Brandi Harris.
