He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Ann Stacy (Joseph) of Winchester, KY and Beverly Denise Vallone (Joe) of Charleston, SC; his siblings, Larry Joe Barker (Patsy) of Gray, Georgia, Wanda Douglas (late Herman) of Hobart, IN and Lou Ann Hill (George Wilburn) of Ashland, KY; and his great grandchild Ragdoll.

Friends may make contributions in his memory to Community Hospice, 1580 Carter Avenue, Ashland, KY.
