He is survived by: his wife Deborah Burke Caines of Ashland; his children, Charles Mathhew Caines of Ashland and Jamie Caines Eastman (Gary) of Orange Beach, Alabama; his brother Micheal Gene Caines (Diana) of Winter Garden, Florida; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Louise Banks (John) of Worthington and Kimberly Joan Burke of Franklin Furnace; his grandchildren, Cameron Isaiah Castle, Skylar Camryn Hall (Kohl) and Quinlyn Grace Burke; and his nephews, Rusty Rice, Justin Rice, Chris Caines (Leah) and Josh Caines (Carol).
