He was predeceased by: his father Albert Madison; his wife Judith Ann Holmes Blevins; and his siblings, Willis Blevins, Willie Blevins, Alvin Blevins and Mabel Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Blevins Jr. of Orlando, Vernon Blevins of Westwood and Carla Blevins of Westwood; his grandsons, Corey Moore (Cayla Blevins) and Brother Elwood Blevins of Westwood; and his sisters, Joyce Johnson (Ronald) of Westwood, Betty Grossl (John) of Westwood, Cora Hall of South Point and Debbie Esque (Roger) of Raceland. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
