She was predeceased by: her father Foster Paul; her husband Frank C. Burpee; and her sister Barbara Stigall. She is survived by: her children, Bryant Bustetter of Ashland, KY, David Bustetter of Kingsport, TN and Pamela Ann Monday of Cookville, TN; and her sister Samuela Caudill of Ashland, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
