She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Joseph Mulvaney Sr. and Estel Beatrice Lambert Mulvaney; and her sisters, Patricia Griffith, Deborah Jones, Mary Klein and Judy Branham.

She is survived by: her husband Ray "Dick" Caldwell; her children, Tracy Fugle (Ronnie) of Wimauma and Joey Caldwell (Tracy) of Ashland; her siblings, Harriet Strait of Ashland and Harry Mulvaney Jr. (Julie) of Ashland; and her grandchildren, Jacob Caldwell (Michaela), Adison Caldwell and Alyson Caldwell.
