She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lee Horne Sr. and Edith Marie McSorley Horne; her daughter Annette Marie Rowe; her granddaughters, MarleyAnn Stith and Tiffany Daniels Rowe; and her siblings, Barb Whitt and Ralph Lee "Buck" Horne.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Cecil Rowe, Sr. of Ironville; her children, Paul Michael Rowe (Stephanie Marie) of Harrisburg, PA and Kimberly Hunt (Mike) of Westwood; her daughter-in-law Annetta Rowe (Daniel) of Flatwoods; her grandchildren, Marandy Rowe (David), Michael Hunt (Bobbie), April Kosobud (Kenneth), Caleb Hunt Melodie (Haley) and Madelyn; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Nolan, Dylan Greathouse, Derren Greathouse of Ayla Nolan, K. J, Iris Loucinda "Lou" Nolan and Jordan Kosobud. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
