She is survived by: her stepchildren, Mimi Dyke Crum (Richard) of Lebanon, KY and Thomas W. Dyke (Ann) of Louisville, KY; her niece Cathy Risher Mayhew (John) of Crestwood, KY; her grandsons, Aaron Thomas Crum, Corey Wilson Crum, Hunter Morgan Dyke, Samuel Wilson Dyke and James Spencer Dyke; her great-nephew John Brian Mayhew (Lesley); and her great-niece Jill Claudine Hargis (Todd). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
