With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clayton L Prichard of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on July 14, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Prichard; and his daughters, Tammy Pauley and Tina Ray. He is survived by: his wife Benita Gibbs Prichard of Ashland; and his sons, Tommy Prichard (Tina) of Greenup and Terry Prichard of Ashland. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
