She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield Scott and Lillie Travis Thompson; her husband Charles William Holbrook; her sons, Jerry, Larry Watson Holbrook and Charles William "Billy" Holbrook II; and her siblings, James, Clarence, Charles, Lonnie, H. B. Thompson, Julie Senters, Millie Lou Sammons and Maggie Preston.
She is survived by: her sister Garnett Stevens of Deltona; and her children, Forest Holbrook (Margie) of Ashland, Kentucky, Patricia Whalen (Dennis) of Lexington, Kentucky, Darlene Arthur (Tony) of Westwood, Kentucky, Rena Robinson (Tom) of Beaufort, Freda Carrico (Randy) of South Point, Ohio and Leeda Holbrook of Westwood, Kentucky.. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
