A graveside service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the East Ashland Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens (422 55th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
Arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME of HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd. The family is asking for donations to help with funeral expenses.
