He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklyn Lawrence Moncer and Norma Irene Ward Moncer. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moncer; his children, Jason Moncer, Christopher Moncer and Cara Goodwin; and his brother Gene Moncer. He is also survived by grandchildren.
