He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hall Johnson; his sons, Matthew (Grace) of Baltimore, MD and Christopher (Laura) of Baltimore, MD; his grandsons, Arlo and Miles Johnson; and his siblings, Clyde E. Johnson, Jr. (Dixie) of Rush, KY and Lanna Bell of Lexington, KY.
