He was predeceased by: his parents, Armond Renfroe and Verna Delores Griffith Renfroe; and his brother Alan Renfroe. He is survived by: his wife Carla Dean Kersey Renfroe of Ashland, KY; his sons, David Michael Renfroe (Tanya) of Ashland, KY and James Curtis William Renfroe of Ashland, KY; and his grandchildren, Aaron Renfroe (Michelle), Shelby Stewart (Cliff), Ryan Renfroe (Katie), Kelsie Burns, Shane Burns and Ian Burns. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
