He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Ann Bush and Ernest Eugene Bush. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Bush; his children, David Bush Jr. and Rachael Bush Woford (Clay); his grandchildren, Brooks Clayton Woford and Oliver David Woford; his brothers, John Bush (Gina) and Mike Bush (Claudia); his siblings' children, Kyle Bush (Sarah), Johnny Bush (Shaina), Kayden, Jensen and Joslyn; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Roberts and Todd Luckey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to two ministries David dearly loved: the Romanian Ministry and Rose Hill Christian School. Donations can be made payable to Rose Hill Baptist Church and designated accordingly.
