He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Hixson Russell and Eileen Byrne Russell; and his wife Rita Ellen Russell. He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Russell Mitchell of Cincinnati and Jennie Russell Williams of Ashland; his daughter Megan Wallace (Craig) of Ashland; his stepchildren, Jennifer Rein (Mike) of Charlotte and Tom Yackley (Michelle) of Myrtle Beach; his niece Rebekah Williams of Ashland; his grandchildren, Nathan, Abbey, Corbin and Owen; and his great-nephews, Matthew and Gus.
