With sadness, we share the passing of David Shattles (Ashland, Kentucky). David, born on October 10, 1939, passed away on August 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Brent Shattles; and his sister Patricia Pollitt. He is survived by: his wife Stella Taylor Shattles; his daughters, Sabrina Shattles (Duane Day), Lucretia Voigt and Erin Gullett (Matt); his grandchildren, Chelsea Larsson Zee, Naomi Larsson, Erik Larsson, Cooper Voigt, Hunter Gullett, Hailie Adkins and Holbrook Voigt; his great grandchildren, Eva, Audrey, Eleanor, Axel, Owen, Ruby and Isaac; and his sisters, Billie Sue Jones and Dottie Jones.
In lieu of flowers and due to allergies, the family requests donations be made to Ashland Community Kitchen, 2516 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101.
