Kazee; and his sisters, Helen Jean Branham, Debra Lynn Malloy, Fredrika Sue Parker, Catherine Marie Buttry, Paula Kaleen Kottke, Jacquelyn Rose West and Teresa Jean Page.
He is survived by: his wife Ivetta F. Kendall Kazee; his sons, Sean C. Kazee of Ashland and Kevin Dean Kazee of Sydney, Australia; his granddaughter Dehlia Kazee of Murfreesboro, TN; and his sisters, Leslie Dawn Martindale of Florida and Romona Dee Meek of Ohio.
