She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Eugene Walker and Jauwan "Bobbie" George Walker. She is survived by: her husband Tim Church; her children, Jon Church (Robin) of Flatwoods and Missy Hager (Phillip) of Greenup; her sister Carol Bayes (Mark) of Ironville; and her grandchildren, Austyn Church, Ryleigh Church, Tyler Loudenback (Brooke) and Brandi Keesee (Zach). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren and many extended family.
