She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Hawkins and Opal Frances Grimm. She is survived by: her sons, Shea Hawkins (Tiffany) of Gig Harbor and Christian Hawkins of Maysville; her sister Vickie Ball (Anthony) of Fleming County; her granddaughters, Layla and Lillian Hawkins; her nephew Rory Strahm (Amelia); and her great-niece Emma.
