She was predeceased by: her father Walter Prichard. She is survived by: her mother Geneva Clay Prichard of Ashland, KY; her husband Randall E. Stevens; and her siblings, Rita Sharon Prichard of Ashland, Walter Prichard, Jr. (Donella) of Flatwoods and Rahyn David Prichard (Pat) of Flatwoods. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
