He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Bellomy Vance of Ashland, KY; his children, Bryan Scott Vance of Roanoke, VA, Beth Merchant (Bill) of Naples, FL and Deborah Vance of Ironton, OH; his sister Evon Craft of Greenup, KY; his grandchildren, Benjamin Vance (Hannah), Aaron Vance, Mark Merchant (Ashley) and Dawn Nielsen (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Alaia, Amaya, Michael, Alaina, Jacob, Bradford and Rhett; and his close friends, Nobel, Shelby Merritt, Mike and Gayle Rogers. He is also survived by family members such as cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
