She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Marion Porter Jr. and Zella Mae Johnson Porter; her son Phillip Fields; and her sister Brenda Moore. She is survived by: her sons, David Fields (Jennifer) of Milton, WV, Benjamin Fields and Kevin Fields (Cassie) of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Samuel, Daniel, Campbell and Rowan Fields; and her sisters, Joyce Dishman (Mark) of Greenup, KY and Donna Smith (Jeff) of Greenup, KY.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle (906 McCowan St, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Ashland Cemetery (1518 Belmont St, Ashland, KY 41101).
