He was predeceased by: his parents, Cam Perry and Mary Ramey Perry; and his siblings, Dewey C. Perry and Rilda Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carol Ross Perry; his children, Clavin Perry of Louisa, Casey Perry of Littleton and Susan Perry of Flat Gap, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Gregory Zedekar, Kimberly Zedekar, Ayden Perry and Colin Perry. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
