He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hicks of Ashland; his children, Shannon Hicks of Flatwoods, Amie Wolfe Rothstein of Ashland, Matthew Toler of Lancaster and Amanda Toler of Ashland; his sister Brenda May; his sister-in-law Diane Hicks; and his grandchildren, Tatum, Carly, Jordan, Justin, Joshua, Bryan and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
