With solemn reverence, we commemorate Doris Jean Stergeon Neal of Ashland, Kentucky, whose life came to an end on July 18, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Stergeon and Opal McDowell Stergeon; and her significant other Franklin Neal. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Brown (Kevin) of Flatwoods, KY, Jeffrey Neal (Debra) of Richmond, KY and Scot Neal (Lisa) of Wendell, NC; her grandchildren, Brittany Dean (Tyler), Mysterie Prichard (Trevor), Joshton Brown (Michelle), Corey Neal and Timothy Neal; her great grandchildren, William, Victorie, Versai, Kylie, Norah and Ryder; and her brothers, James "Bub" Stergeon (Bonnie) of Catlettsburg and Greg Stergeon of Catlettsburg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (2409 Center St, Catlettsburg, KY 41129). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
