He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Henry and Lula Belle Wells Henry; his wife Lucille; his siblings, Woody, Don, Chester, Homer, Jess, Leonard Henry, Dorothy White, Bethel Boyd and Estelle Riffe; and his son-in-law Jerry Bryant.
He is survived by: his son Steve Henry (Joy) of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ricky Faulkner (Casey), Steve Faulkner (Amy), Casey Henry Sandman (Michael) and Laura Henry (Noelle); his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Blake, Hudson, Hannah, Camden, Luke, Brooks, Brynlee, Stella, Hank, Will, Micah and Charlotte; his niece Linda Chapman (Bill); and his close friend Lori Guthrie.
