He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frazier and Ruby Knipp Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Rayburn Frazier; his children, Zachary Frazier (Hannah) of Morehead, Nikki DeHart (Jarrett) of Olive Hill, Josh Glover of Morehead, Scott Middleton (Franci) of Grayson and Bill Middleton (Christine) of Austinburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Caden, Cody, Brody, Braydon, Payton, Colton, Darrus, Dylan, Aleigha, Samantha, Miranda, Scott, Gabe and Skyler; and his brother Bill Bowling (Shirley) of Catlettsburg. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
