She was predeceased by: her father Charles Higgins; her husband William T. Brown, Sr.; and her sister Alexine Harshaw. She is survived by: her children, William T. Brown, Jr. (Jillian) of Smyrna, DE, Christopher P. Brown (Jeanette) of Ashland, KY and Dawn Sharmaine Taylor of Lexington, KY; her brothers, John W. Sanders and Thomas B. Sanders of Dayton, OH; and her aunt Oudia Walker of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
