She was predeceased by: her father Nathan Murphy; her daughter-in-law Casey Joseph Fraley; and her brothers, Donny Murphy and Richard Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Fraley Folger (David) of Worthington, KY, Larry Michael Fraley (Lisa), Kathryn Fraley Cox of Ashland, KY, Patrick Fraley of Raceland, KY and Erik Fraley (Anne); her siblings, Ina Rae Riggs (John) of Chillicothe, OH and Joseph Lee Murphy of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Michelle Fraley, Jessica Folger, Laurel Fraley (Rosie), Sarah Folger, Abigail Fraley and Liam Fraley; and her great grandchild Kasen Pollard.
