It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel Burton Salyers of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fannin and Ollie Mae Crum Fannin; and her children, Randy Burton, Mike Burton, Trenda Burton and Paula Thacker.

She is survived by: her husband Dennie Salyers of Ashland, KY; her son Ricky Burton (Cathy) of Greenwood, IN; her children-in-law, Vicki Burton of Ashland, KY and John Thacker of Russell, KY; and her sister Edith Sargent of Morehead, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Friends may send flowers or make contributions in her memory to Shriners Children's Hospital, 110 Conn Terrace, Lexington, KY 40508.
