Fern McKenzie Withrow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern McKenzie Withrow of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil E. McKenzie, Sr. and Ruth O. Worly McKenzie; her husband Roger Lewis Withrow; her granddaughter Amanda Cumpton; and her siblings, Cecil E. McKenzie Jr. (Janet), Betty McKenzie Waters (Carson) and Carol McKenzie Runyon (Ron).
She is survived by: her children, Brian Roger Withrow (Angelia), Braydon Tyler Withrow and Susan Renee Withrow Cumpton (Herb); her grandchildren, Trevor Wheeler, Blake Wheeler, Brandon Cumpton, John Burns, Micah Burns Kishbaugh, Larry Kishbaugh, Leah Burns Jenkins (Zack), Josh Hill (Kristen), Jordan Hill (Jon), Haley Hill (Austin) and Robert Hill (Kaitlin); and her siblings, Kenneth McKenzie (Mike), Jim McKenzie (Anita), D. Scott McKenzie (Tina) and Ethel McKenzie Dixon (Gary). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends who were blessed by her love.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Fern's honor may be made to Williams Creek Community Church, 10422 State Route 5, Ashland, KY 41102.
