He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tivis and Letha Louise Wright Maggard; his wife Liddie Wright Maggard; his brothers, Jesse James Maggard, French Dean Maggard and Tivis Wilson Maggard; and his siblings-in-law, Lillian Brown, Peggy Maggard and Gene Gussler.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Lynn Williams (Don) of Catlettsburg, KY; his grandsons, Trevor Neil Williams (Rosalyn) of Pasadena, CA and Jared Reece Williams (Becky) of Lake Charles, LA; his brother Ray Maggard (Melanie) of Franklin, OH; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Maggard, Donnie Maggard and Darlene Norris (Bart); and his niece Angie Reihs (Jamie).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that contributions be made in Frank's memory to the Ashland Community Kitchen.
