He is survived by: his siblings, Everett, Ralph, Larry, Wayne Spradlin, Goldie Boyd of Ashland, Virginia Preston of Ashland, Margie Prater of Ashland and Brenda Laws of Ashland; his wife Vicki Spradlin; his children, Rebretta Veasey (Jason) of Louisville, Frederick Spradlin, Jr. of Ocala, Tina Steele (Jacky) of Lloyd and Staci Spradlin (Josh) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ella Veasey of Louisville, Hannah Spradlin of Ocala, Trevor Spradlin of Ocala, Layden Spradlin of Ocala, Elizabeth Steele, Brenton Steele of Lloyd, Gavin Williams, Finley Miller of Ashland and Taylor Watts of Ashland; and his siblings, Christine Young (Wade) of Catlettsburg, Mary Beagle of Ashland and Clarence Spradlin of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
