He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jim Fannin and Mary Opal Stevens Fannin; his wife Kathy Prater Fannin; his son Christopher Fannin (Kim Black) of Bellefonte; and his grandchildren, Lexie Fannin of Ashland and Laney Fannin of Ashland.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Flatwoods Church of Christ (2100 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
