He is survived by: his children, Garrett Wheeler of Ashland, Kentucky and Heaven Knuckles (Drew) of Ashland, Kentucky; his sisters, Darlene Mullins of Raceland and Cheryl McKinnon of Ashland, Kentucky; his niece Michelle Fisher; and his nephew Allen Hutchinson.
